HYC3656 is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller integrated with 300mohm 650V sensing GaN. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements of the industry.
HYC3656 integrates rich protections and features such as line compensation, slope compensation, transformer short protection, output over-voltage protection, VCC OVP, overload protection, over-temperature protection, brown in and brown-out.
HYC3656 has 4 options:
HYC3656G/E: 89kHz switching frequency
HYC3656H: 130kHz switching frequency
HYC3656X: 200kHz switching frequency
HYC3656 is available with the DFN6x8 package.
