HYC3602 is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller integrated with 650V E-Mode GaN. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements from around the world.
HYC3602 integrates rich protections and features such as, slope compensation, VCC over voltage protection, transformer saturation protection, over-temperature protection, over load protection, output over voltage protection and LPS protection.
HYC3602 has 2 options:
HYC3602E: 89kHz switching frequency
HYC3602H: 130kHz switching frequency
HYC3602 is available with the ESOP8 package.
