DESCRIPTION
HYC1602 is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller integrated with 1.2 Ohm 650V MOSFET. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements from around the world. HYC1602 integrates rich protections and features such as, slope compensation, VCC over voltage protection, transformer short protection, sense resistor short protection over-temperature protection. HYC1602 is available with the SOP7 package.
